Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Keystone Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
