Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
