Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
