Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Birmingham with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
