Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 368 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
