Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
