Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
