Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Foods is a Portland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
