Northwind Union Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
