Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
