Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Ember Financial serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
