Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
