Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
