Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
