Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Glen Energy is an energy provider in Indianapolis focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
