Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
