Cedar Oak Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
