Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Detroit with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
