Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Denver producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
