Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
