Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
