Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Fox Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
