Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cedar Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
