Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Des Moines design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
