Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Knoxville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
