Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Corner Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Providence, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
