Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Nashville area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
