Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Cross Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
