Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Oak Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
