Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical Group is a El Paso company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
