Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 452 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
