Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
