Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
