Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
