Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Field Construction is a St. Louis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
