Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Ridge Medical is a Tucson company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
