Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Iron Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
