Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
