Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Nest Financial is a financial-services company in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
