Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Granite Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Louisville and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
