Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
