Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Ivory Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 795 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
