Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Willow Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
