Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Junction Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
