Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
