Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Medical is a Sacramento company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
