Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
