Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Vale Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
