Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
