Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
